Girls’ Soccer

Pottsville 9, Tamaqua 1 — At Tamaqua, Hadley Snyder scored two goals as Pottsville rolled past Tamaqua in a Division I match.

Kailey Olenick added one goal and two assists for the Crimson Tide. Abbie Davis, Alexa Giuffre, Megan Goodman, Jes Siminitus and Emily Steidle added single goals for Pottsville (5-2-1, 5-0 D-I).

Kolbe Robb scored Tamaqua’s goal.

Pottsville won JV 4-0.

North Schuylkill 11, Shenandoah Valley 0 — At Shenandoah, Lilah Helwig had two goals and three assists to lead North Schuylkill over Shenandoah Valley in a Division I match.

Taylor Shadle added two goals and one assist, while Addie Urban tallied one goal and three assists for the Spartans. Abbrielle Klingerman, Cecelia Rau, Kyla Yesalusky, Mylee Bindie, Addie Balicki and Marlie White netted one goal each.

Maddie Moyer made three saves to post the shutout in goal.

Blue Mountain 7, Pottsville 0 — At Pottsville, Shawn Batory notched three goals and one assist to power Blue Mountain to a Division I victory.

Dylan Knittle netted two goals, while Aidan Varney added one goal and one assist for the Eagles. Drew Waschko tallied a goal for Blue Mountain.
