LANSFORD — Connor Penberth scored a game-high 21 points and had eight assists as Panther Valley downed Pen Argyl 68-39 in a non-league boys’ basketball game Wednesday night.
Logan Fisher collected 16 points and nine rebounds for the Panthers (6-2), who raced out to a double-digit lead in the first quarter and never looked back.

Smeltz had 21 of her points in the first half as the Vikes raced out to a 44-7 lead at the break. Ireland Kasper drained six 3-pointers and finished with 18 points for Williams Valley, while Mallory Miller added 12.
