Tamaqua's Savannah Wilson

TAMAQUA — Savannah Wilson and Katie Behun each won a pair of events and swam on two winning relays as Tamaqua downed Pottsville 103-63 in a Schuylkill League girls’ swimming dual meet Tuesday.

Wilson took first in the 200-yard IM and 100 breaststroke while Behun won the 200 freestyle and 100 backstroke. They also paced a Tamaqua sweep of the relays as the Blue Raiders (4-1, 3-0 SL) won eight of 12 events.

Adalia LaSelva (50 free, 100 fly) was a double winner for Pottsville (1-1, 1-1). Elizabeth Martinko (100 free) and Lilah Evans (Diving) were additional winners for the Crimson Tide.

SCHUYLKILL HAVEN — Hope Stauffer (200 free, 100 fly) and Taylor Fitzpatrick (Diving, 500 free) each won a pair of individual events as the Hurricanes (2-1, 1-1) defeated the Fillies (1-2, 1-2).

Nikki Domermuth (50 free), Cali Stauffer (100 free) and Teagan Wehr (100 back) added wins for Schuylkill Haven.

Zoe Katona (200 IM, 100 breast) won a pair of events for Marian.

Alexis Chilinskas (200 IM, 100 breast) and Lillian Brown (50 free, 100 fly) were double winners for Mahanoy Area (0-3, 0-3).

TAMAQUA — Jamison Walsh took first in the 200 freestyle and 100 backstroke as the Crimson Tide downed the Blue Raiders.

Logan Strauss (200 IM), Adam Klinger (Diving), Noah Bevan (100 fly), John Mohl (100 free), Caiden Wright (500 free) and Killian Bressler (100 breast) all picked up individual event wins for Pottsville (2-0, 2-0), which won 10 of 12 events.

Jacob Hehn (50 free) and Tamaqua’s 400 free relay team picked up victories for the Blue Raiders (1-3-1, 1-1-1).

Reece Steibler (200 free, 100 free) and Andrew Metters (50 free, 100 back) were double winners for Marian (1-2, 1-2).
