KUTZTOWN — Hayden Felty poured in a game-high 19 points as Pine Grove improved to 2-0 with a 41-37 victory over Kutztown on Monday in a non-league boys’ basketball game.
Felty had six of his points in a 10-2, second-quarter run that gave the Cardinals a 19-14 halftime lead. Chase Sarge then added five of his 11 in the fourth quarter as Pine Grove held on.
Pine Grove scored 16 points from the foul line, earning a whopping 32 shots from the stripe.

CENTER VALLEY — A spirited fourth-quarter comeback fell short as the Eagles dropped a non-league game at Southern Lehigh.
Blue Mountain trailed 37-25 entering the final frame before Aidan Grace got hot, scoring 14 of his 19 points as the Eagles made things interesting late.
Tyeirre Meade paced Blue Mountain with 21 points, 13 of which came in the second half.
