Girls’ Soccer
Blue Mountain 1, North Schuylkill 0 — At Spartan Stadium, Kelly Canfield’s first-half goal off an assist by Hailey Scheuer was the game’s only tally as the Eagles blanked the Spartans in a Schuylkill League Division I contest.
Alanza Smith got the shutout for Blue Mountain in the net with six saves.
Minersville 7, Lourdes 0 — At Coal Township, Kloee Horoschak recorded a hat trick as the Miners routed the Red Raiders in a Division II contest.
Grace Sterner added a goal and an assist for Minersville, while Payton Frantz, Sara McGrath and Lea Oshman also scored. Liv Kopinetz made seven saves to record the shutout.
Sierra Balonis had 20 saves for Lourdes.

Pottsville 16, Marian 1 — At Alumni Field, Trinity Mendofik scored three goals and had an assist as the Crimson Tide routed the Fillies in a Division I contest.
Riley Davis and Ella Huda each added two goals for Pottsville (1-0-1, 1-0 D-I), while Emma Quirin-Morris had a goal and three assists.
Abbie Davis, Alexa Giuffre, Kailey Olenick, Cami Quirin-Morris, Bella Wright, Hadley Snyder, Karlee Kalovcak and Teagan Hart also scored for the Tide, who tallied 10 second-half goals and outshot Marian 28-3.
Autumn Green scored Marian’s lone goal at the 31:41 mark of the first half off an assist by Kayla Alburger. Madison Katterman made 12 saves for Marian.
Boys’ Soccer
Monday’s late result
Pine Grove 2, Blue Mountain 1 — At the Eagles’ Nest, Cale Lengle’s goal in the first overtime lifted the Cardinals past the defending league champion Eagles in a Schuylkill League Division I contest.
Pine Grove’s Dane Hannevig and Blue Mountain’s Aidan Varney each scored first-half goals before the defenses took over. Blue Mountain keeper Caden Wargo and Pine Grove’s Peyton Renninger each made seven saves.
Blue Mountain won JV 2-1.
Girls’ Volleyball
Panther Valley 3, North Schuylkill 0 — At Lansford, Morgan Orsulak had 21 kills, five aces and three assists as the Panthers swept the Spartans 25-11, 25-22, 25-11.
Abby Benack added 15 assists for Panther Valley, while Jaelynn Browdy had four aces, three kills and four assists.
Panther Valley won JV 2-0.
